Major Business Requirements 3.1 Customer & Account Management ● Ability to create and manage different markets, including accounts for bars, restaurants, and other service locations. ● Capture key details for each account, such as: ○ Contact information ○ Service history ○ Preferred service days and time slots ○ Billing preferences ○ Notes on special requirements ● Ensure customer categorization based on location, contract type, and service frequency. 3.2 Service Appointment Scheduling & Management ● Technician Scheduling: ○ Assign service appointments to technicians based on availability, location, and skills. ○ Allow scheduling coordinators to create weekly plans for technicians. ○ Optimize appointment allocation to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency. ● Recurring Appointments: ○ Set up automated recurring appointments for accounts that require service every 1-4 weeks. ○ System should auto-assign technicians based on preferred time slots for each account.
