Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (60%):
Create 3-4 viral-style Reels weekly using trending audio and formats
Develop POV scenarios, before/after transformations, and relatable memes specific to our industry
Adapt trending formats to showcase our web design services and client success stories
Capture behind-the-scenes content of our projects and team
Stay constantly updated on algorithm changes and emerging trends

Account Management (30%):
-Manage daily posting schedule across Instagram and Facebook
-Respond to comments, DMs, and engagement in a timely manner
-Implement growth strategies to rapidly increase followers and engagement
-Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
-Optimize content for maximum reach and conversion

Community Building (10%):
-Engage with potential clients and industry accounts
-Identify collaboration opportunities with complementary businesses
-Build relationships with real estate professionals and business owners
-Participate in relevant conversations and trending topics
