The Role
We need a UI/UX designer for ongoing product and website work. Not audits, not one-off deliverables - actual implementation: flows, screens, components, and iteration based on user feedback. You'll work directly with the founder.

What You'll Deliver
- Production-ready Figma files with specs developers can build from
- Iterated designs based on user feedback and data
- Website design and implementation (design + dev handoff or direct implementation)
- Consistent component-level work, not just top-level concepts

Examples of What You'll Work On
- Onboarding flow optimization (an existing flow is in place - your job is to improve it)
