Position Overview
Boulevard is seeking a highly organized and proactive Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day functions of our growing creative team and client relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, upholding quality standards, and driving client and photographer success. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining excellent communication, supporting our internal team of photographers and clients (real estate agents), and managing deliverables across various service lines (Photos, videos, floor plans, etc).

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Supervise and train our Virtual Assistant (Nikki), with a focus on improving client communication and task execution.
Provide leadership and support to our team of photographers, ensuring adherence to creative standards and delivery timelines.

Client Success
Act as the main point of contact for real estate agents, managing client relationships, orders, and expectations.
Handle inbound phone calls professionally during working hours.
Proactively upsell additional services and packages to clients to enhance value and grow revenue.

Operations & Workflow Oversight
Monitor all incoming orders and assignments, ensuring they’re properly assigned and executed.
Conduct quality control for all media deliverables including photos, videos, floor plans, and more.
Manage Intercom and other communication tools to provide responsive and helpful agent support.

Compliance & Administration
Oversee certification and verification processes (e.g., payroll, Zillow Showcase requirements).
Ensure all photographers and processes are compliant with Boulevard’s quality and performance standards.

Qualifications
Essential
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Proven managerial experience, ideally in operations or creative teams.
Availability to work remotely full-time with responsive communication via Slack and phone.
Access to a quiet, professional work environment with high-speed internet.
High-quality audio setup (clear microphone, no background noise).

Preferred
Background in photography, videography, or creative services.
Experience in client-facing roles or customer service.
Familiarity with tools such as Aryeo, Slack, Dropbox, and Intercom is a plus.
