We are looking for a video editor to help with a monthly podcast — assembling a Premiere Pro project from raw video and audio. This is a rough cut job, mostly syncing and switching between speakers. If it works out, there’s potential for significantly more similar work going forward.

The Job:
Sync 4 video files (host + 3 guests) with 4 WAV audio files
• Replace camera audio with WAVs
• Trim out any obvious issues: long pauses, behind-the-scenes chatter, interruptions, etc.
• Do basic camera switching — mostly cut to whoever’s speaking
• Include simple split-screen layouts when multiple speakers are active (nothing fancy, just functional)
• No colour grading, no captions, no final mix — just send back the Premiere Pro project file
• Footage is just under 50 minutes

What We’ll Provide:
• Clearly labelled video + audio files

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience with multi-cam podcast/interview editing
• Solid workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro (latest version)
• Reliability — this will be once a month to start, but likely to grow
• Able to work ad-hoc with a fast turnaround when needed
