I would like the attached image to either be cleaned up or made from scratch. It is a postage cancellation stamp that has the circle with SEATLE, WASH, EXPOSITION STATION. In the center it should read just like the photo, JUNE 23, 1- PM, 1909. The font needs to be exactly as it is in the image. Notice how the circle is leaning slightly to the right.

The 3 in JUN 23 is rounded at the top, not flat. There is one line on the flag pole that is between the pole and the waves. It sounds complicated here but it should be a quick and easy fix.
