I need s cover for a cookbook designed. It needs a bit of levity but still serious. Our concept was an outhouse in a forest with a watercolor effect. I do not want AI used in the creation of this. My partner is dead set against using AI. We already had one designed using AI and I like it but it has been deemed unusable. I am attaching an image of what we made as a reference.

Here’s what I like: the border style on all sides, with pinkish and greenish watercolor streaks fused together and connected by eucalyptus leaves. It creates a nice cohesive border for the blanket design.
For the pink florals, I’d like some adjustments:
• Shrink some flowers.
• Group 2 flowers in one section where possible.
• Include 1-2 slightly larger flowers for variation.
I’ll leave these choices to you as the designer, and we can revise the placement, sizes, and directions during feedback.
For the butterflies, you can reference the AI-generated ideas for inspiration. We can decide on their placement during revisions.
Please design around the font and numbers so that the elements don’t interfere with the text.
It’s a simple and straightforward idea since all the AI concepts have already been provided.

This type of thin, small and light feel all around , if its too much bunchy all around it becomes overwhelming.

I'm looking for an illustrator for a children's bedtime story. We want to create soft and loving atmosphere and show special relationship between mother and daughter. Candidate would ideally have an experience working with children's illustrations.
The book is aimed at children in the 4-8 year old age range. There will be 15 open pages +cover. I need large, bright, beautiful, deep illustrations with texture, color, and style that can capture a children's attention.
This book is the first in series of many books, so I would like to find someone reliable to work with in the long term.
A limited number of candidates will start with a paid single page tryout (the payment for one page tryout is 30$). The successful candidate will continue to work on other images and other books in this series.

1. The whole project should be done in less than 6 weeks. The first tryout illustration should be done in 1 week.
