I am the director of sales and marketing for a successful online coaching training and development company where we help to elevate the world‘s perception of the salon and spa industry. In my role, I manage a sales team of a 3 and a marketing team of six. Our role is to elevate our branding to increase lead flow and business development to ultimately grow sales. We use a Google suite, go high level, and Trello to currently manage our business and projects. We’ve recently added Ontraport as an additional CrM for client success, but I don’t directly oversee that department.
Ultimately, where I find myself looking for a rockstar executive assistant is in my email, calendar management, and helping with some of the administrative work that comes with my role and those sort of activities. Additionally, I believe that the use of a rockstar executive assistant will help me to maintain a focus on top priority Sales and Marketing initiatives that are otherwise distracted by some of this inefficiency around calendar and email management and administrative type task.
This is my first time working with an executive assistant, and this came at the suggestion of my CEO. I would like this to be no less than 20 hours per week with potentially more depending upon how successful we are working together.

The Travel Operations Associate will be a core structure of our operations team. The role requires strong organization, creative problem solving, and great time management skills. Luminary Travel is a fast paced environment with lots of daily changes that require adaptability. It is very important to have the ability to manage stressful situations and execute detailed tasks in a calm and controlled manner. The Operations Associate is the key to making sure that our trips are planned/executed meticulously and go off without a hitch. We are looking for someone who enjoys travel planning and is able to view trips from both the clients eyes and the Travel Planners eyes to make decisions that are always best for our clients.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma/GED equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Professional verbal, and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, terminology, tone, cadence, and pronunciation
Exceptional listening skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and proactively solve problems
Tech-savvy and comfortable with navigating web-based reservation programs, helpdesk software, internet searches, airline websites/apps, SMS messaging, and smartphone apps
Dependable and flexible with work schedule

-Send daily reminders of upcoming services via email and text to clients and concierge

I would like to visit Scandinavia (namely Denmark, Sweden and Finland... did I name it all?) for roughly three weeks. My date range is June 26th to July 24th leaving from the northeast (New York city or Boston or Hartford, CT) and returning to San Francisco, CA

I love trains, long distance biking. I love city centers.

I'm interested to see and learn more about the Scandinavian way of life.

So I'm looking for someone who is either from the region and/or has personally traveled it and can speak from direct experience.

About me:
- I love being outside, bike and play soccer a lot. In a new city I like to bike around, go to public parks, picnic, read, and write
- I like cultural and educational things
- I'm single and traveling alone, so enjoy nightlife, but am not big on bars per se
- I am vegetarian
- Generally, I'm fairly frugal, but I also don't need to be on this trip, so would be open to a range of cost options for lodging and vacation options

What I need help with:
I would like you to help build a three-week itinerary, including lodging and transportation. I imagine it will take a few sessions to present some ideas and I can give feedback. A few musts:

- I have a lot going on professionally right now, so it's possible I will not be able to do this trip at all this year, in which case I would plan it for the following year and keep the itinerary. So to the extent possible, I would like to make everything refundable.
- i definitely want to go to Copenhagen, and I imagine I probably also want to go to Oslo and Helsinki, but don't know that much about either of those
- I would love to go somewhere where the sun doesn't set, so I think that'll need to be a flight far north

It may be best to interview me on a call after having read this to get a deeper sense of what I'm looking for
