I need a LinkedIn Creative Strategist. Right now I have 24,000 followers and have a goal of hitting 100k by the end of 2025.

Growing on LinkedIn requires:
- carousel posts
- infographics
- short form video

And creating that type of content at a high volume while keeping it high quality.

I don't need someone to write the copy for the post - I use AI more than anyone and can easily do that.

I need someone who can help me create the copy for infographics and carousel posts.

I need someone who can manage our designer and work with them to ensure things are getting done on time.

I need someone that can look through the AI + marketing landscape and find interesting things I could post about.

I need someone who could hop on calls with me every day and we could plan out what I need to do in order to make the next post.

This could easily turn into a full-time job as people often ask me to help them grow on LinkedIn already haha.

So, to apply, this is what I want you to do:

1. Send over examples of LinkedIn carousel posts that performed well. Why did they perform well? Was it the design or copy?

2. Send over a LinkedIn profile that is absolutely crushing it. What are they doing well? What's their growth strategy?

3. Send over a Linkedin post (could be a video or carousel or infographic) that is performing well. Why did this one perform well?

4. Finally, I want you to describe the ideal process on how we could create 3 posts a day on LinkedIn.

What I need is the following:
To finish – make way more appealing - the brochure that I made in Canva. Your improved version would be a template for future workshops/trainings. So, that I could just change photo and text.

Improvements:
