We need remote support to answer online Customer Care tickets. The tickets are all answered via written communication, so excellent English language comprehension and typing is a must.

Shift days: Minimum Friday and Saturday, I will give you preference if you can work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Shift start time: NZT nightshift, ideally from 12/1am **please check your timezone converters to confirm this start time is feasible for you**

Shift length: It will depend on the workload so you need to be flexible. Can be 4-10 hours.

Initially, you must be available Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am - 10pm NZT for training (set plan to be determined).
