Hi! I’m in the process of launching a service-based business (a professional debt collection agency) and I want to build a complete client-facing system.

💡 What I want to build:
I want clients to be able to:

Submit debt collection cases via an online form

Log in to their own dashboard

Track case status updates

Upload documents or communicate with us

Possibly manage multiple cases in one portal

This system should look modern and professional, and function smoothly — something close to what you'd see with SaaS dashboards or client portals.

JetAdmin for the client portal (with login, filters, file uploads, etc.)

(Optional) HubSpot as CRM to track leads and send onboarding emails

Structuring the entire system so it actually works together

Building the forms, workflows, and portal

Setting up user roles / permissions so clients only see their own cases

Making everything feel professional and scalable

A lead is added manually or from a form/social media

They receive a welcome/onboarding email

They fill out a form to submit their first case

We see that data in Airtable or backend

The client can track everything via login (JetAdmin or similar)

We can update case status and message them
