Project Scope: You’ll set up a fully functional CRM in ClickUp, including: Structure Setup: Create a Space called “Agency Builder Pro” with two Lists: “Clients” (for client management) and “Recruit Leads” (for lead tracking). Configure permissions to allow client-specific access (e.g., Guest access for clients to view/edit their data). Client Management: Set up the “Clients” List as an admin area to manage client accounts. Add Custom Fields: Client Name, Subscribed Calls per Month (Number), Total Booked Calls (Number), This Month Calls (Number), This Week Calls (Number), Last Week Calls (Number), Last Month Calls (Number), Showed Up (Number), In Progress (Number), Closed (Number), No Shows (Number), Lost (Number). Client-specific Dashboards with permissions set up for Guest access. A short document or video walkthrough explaining how to use and maintain the system (e.g., adding clients, updating statuses).
