We are seeking a talented animated GIF graphic designer to create engaging and eye-catching animations for our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing previous GIF designs and experience with animation software. You should be able to transform static images and concepts into dynamic, attention-grabbing animations that align with our brand aesthetic. Collaboration with our marketing team is essential to ensure the final product meets our expectations.

Animations/GIFs desired include:
- text glow
- text scale/sizing
- background color
- line chart
- bar charts

Overall, the task is to make simple graphics "come to life." No complex animations are required.

Google search "animated gif numbers & analytics" and you will understand the desired output.

Payment is $35-50 per animation. Ongoing work is available.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I'm looking for an animator to draw an explainer video in crude/comedic stickman animation. Examples include youtube channels like Casually Explained (https://www.youtube.com/CasuallyExplained) and Good Enough (https://www.youtube.com/@GoodEnoughAnimation). We'd like it to be more like the second linked channel. If this is something that you'd be able to do, happy to discuss more on the payment, send over relevant materials, etc. after a short sample is provided.

Multi-national organizations often struggle with measuring culture because of language differences. I want to solve this using visuals.

As an example. The Olympics brings together people from all over the world. How do they know which sport they are going to? Clever graphic design makes it easy to decipher (see here: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/arts-culture/the-history-of-the-olympic-pictograms-how-designers-hurdled-the-language-barrier-4661102/).

I want to create similar icons for the dominant organizational cultural values that have been studied to date. The icons might follow these design principles (all of these are open to conversation):
1) The goal is to make images that would be universally understandable. Someone in Mexico and someone in China working for the same company would understand the images the same way.
2) black and white (although if you have a clever idea for using color, I am open to that).
3) as simple as possible
4) the icons should look like they belong to the same family (they should have a similar design language).
5) in a format that would be usable in surveys (e.g. Qualtrics)

Some of the values that I would like icons for include:

The Competing Values Framework (I would like one icon for each of these dimensions, so 4 icons total - for more on this framework here: https://youtu.be/UvAnrdikHcY?si=uxiAW863jPFCRcpD):
Collaborating Culture – Family-like, collaborative, teamwork-oriented.
Creating Culture – Entrepreneurial, innovative, risk-taking.
Competing Culture – Competitive, results-driven, customer-focused.
Controlling Culture – Structured, rule-based, efficiency-focused.

Bourne Values Map (I would like one icon for each of these dimensions, so 4 icons total - for more on this framework see attached PDF)
Community (includes: security, safety, sustainability, compliance, making a difference)
Competence (includes: effectiveness, efficiency, financial strength, being global, speed)
Character (includes: confidence, challenge, ambition, inspiration)
Camaraderie (originally called "interpersonal"; includes: trust, communication, collaboration, respect, openness)

I would also like icons for these values that are most often used by companies in the Fortune 500 (https://anoopdixith.com/values/):
Integrity 193
Respect 96
Excellence 79
Innovation 71
People 59
Safety 55
Accountability 48
Teamwork 47
Customer 44
Diversity 40
Inclusion 38
Quality 37
Customers 32
Responsibility 28
Collaboration 27
Honesty 26
Performance 24
Community 23
Passion 22
Service 22
Commitment 21
Leadership 20
Ethics 19
Results 18
Together 17
Caring 16
Deliver 16
Winning 14

I few caveats.

Caveat 1: Not all the values will have their own icon. I realize that it might be impossible to create an icon that differentiates "deliver" from "results" or "winning." So, from a graphics mindset, some of these will need to be eliminated or seen as synonyms. I think this would require the designer to do a first draft of sketches and then for us to have a conversation about what works and what does not, which values remain and which can become parts of larger categories.

Caveat 2: The budget is a starting point for a negotiation. Once you wrap your head around this job, feel free to suggest other ideas. Also, once this first round is completed, it is likely I would ask for the creation of additional values in a subsequent contract. There is also the chance of creating animated .gif versions of the icons.

I’m looking for a talented graphic designer to create six high-quality GIF graphics showcasing websites I’ve built. These GIFs should highlight key animations, scrolling effects, and interactive elements in a visually engaging way. The goal is to present the websites in a dynamic format that captures their functionality and design. Each GIF should be high resolution, optimized for web use, and maintain a clean, modern aesthetic.

The ideal candidate should have experience in UI/UX animations and website showcase graphics, with a strong portfolio of similar work. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished, professional GIFs are essential. For reference, here are examples of the style I’m looking for: https://contra.com/?project=WyJQb3J0Zm9saW9Qcm9qZWN0Iiw0NTI4NDgyNl0%3D and https://dribbble.com/ramotion.

If you have experience creating engaging website GIFs, please send your portfolio along with an estimated timeline. Looking forward to working together!
