I need a specialist/consultant in international shipping, customs and tariffs to help me navigate shipping risks and understand tariffs. 2. Chinese Tariffs. They'll be 20% or higher starting April 2. I need to understand EXACTLY how they work. Who pays it? When? To whom? (Treasury, CBP, etc). How long will my shipment be delayed? How do I prevent it from being held up in customs?

3. My product is card/board games. One of my manufacturers tells me that "games are tariff free" the other tells me they are adding my tariff fee to the total price and that their customs broker will pay the tariff on my behalf. I currently have a patent concept which has already been researched (not patented) for a specific application in the financial services field.

I am familiar with the overall patent process and would like for a registered U.S. attorney, experienced and focused on patent registration and responses, to offer their professional opinion regarding my patent that has been formulated.

The concept I have fits in as a generally simple utility patent and is not of heavy complexity to its understanding - it would not require any graphics or related. Being said, this may require some explaining in addition to outlining differences with conceptual processes for existing patents, lending to the novelty/non-obvious factor.

The deliverable expected would be a letter of your best opinion regarding the concept including any criticisms / concerns if it is not necessarily meeting USPTO criteria.

If the concept is viable, I would eventually like for an attorney to potentially handle submission of the provisional and/or full patent itself. The patent concept is currently fully drafted for potential submission, but may need to be developed on somewhat by an attorney.

I would prefer if you can provide a fixed estimate or billable hours to provide a deliverable considering the lower complexity of the patent. Frankly I would expect an accurate estimation of time and costs since it is mainly research and conceptual thinking.
