**Description:**

We are seeking a **licensed Florida attorney** to draft and send a **Cease and Desist (C\&D) letter** to a company operating in Florida that is unlawfully using the same name as one of our clients. The name is protected, and the use is causing confusion and reputational harm.

**Requirements:**

* Must be **licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar**.
* Experience handling **trademark infringement, unfair competition**, or **business name disputes**.
* Ability to **analyze the legal grounds** for the claim and take swift, professional action.
* Must be able to **send the letter on your firm’s letterhead**.
* Preference for attorneys with experience in **pre-litigation enforcement** and resolving matters without court intervention.

**Scope of Work:**

* Review our client’s business name rights and the infringing party’s use.
* Draft a strong and clear cease and desist letter outlining the legal position and requested actions.
* Send the letter formally and provide proof of service (email, mail, etc.).
* Be available for follow-up consultation if the recipient responds.

**To Apply:**

* Confirm your active Florida Bar license.
* Share your experience with similar matters (no confidential info required).
* Provide an estimated cost and timeline — this is time-sensitive and should be completed quickly.

Only Florida-licensed attorneys will be considered. This is a direct legal enforcement matter and must be handled professionally.

Fee is flexible.

I am looking for an IP lawyer. Below you find a description of the situation. All sensitive details can be discussed in the massages or in a call.

Here is the situation:
We built a new online store and started selling a new product that we developed ourselves. That was 10 weeks ago. Sales look promising.

Last week we received a message from PayPal that another company filed a DMCA complain against us. This company is the biggest player for that product category in the world with revenues in billions.

So far, we only received the DMCA report, but can't see the details of the report. So we don't know what IP we infringe, according to the other party.

Nevertheless, I know that this company has a few patents on the product. And here comes the IP lawyer into play.

I need to understand:

- what these patents actually cover
- if I already infringe these patents
- what do I need to change on our product to avoid the patents

Once this is clear, we can continue with the following:

I have an idea for a product in the same category, which is so different, that it is unlikely to be covered by their patents. We are currently evaluating the feasibility of that idea. If it turns out it is feasible, I need someone to help me to formulate and file for patents for this kind of product.

This matter is urgent and I would like to get it done as soon as possible.

I'm looking forward to your proposal.

We are a Bulgarian company operating on the Romanian market and have been a credit intermediary for several years now, with contracts signed with major Romanian credit companies. We would like to advertise on Viber, for which we need a legal opinion from a lawyer. We have the template - we only need a signature and a stamp to legalize the document. Can you help us and what would be the price for this service.

Thank you in advance.

Hi!
I’m currently working on a YouTube project about mysterious disappearances and disasters at sea. Would you be able to edit a video like that? I’m looking for suspense, storytelling, and dramatic ocean footage. Let me know if this sounds like something you’d be interested in!

Best,
Amanda
