We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer to refine our website theme and perform a comprehensive review of four pages, including the homepage.

The Wix website I am developing is partially complete. It is a non-profit online tutoring website. I need someone to implement and optimize a few precise features regarding scheduling, booking, and member roles or "traits".

1. I currently have two separate forms available. One form is for tutors and the other is for students. The key components to consider here are the grade level and subject level of the students and tutors. Ideally, when booking an appointment, the student would be matched only with tutors who are at least 2 grades above them and also teach the subject they are seeking tutoring for. If there is a way to attach a grade level to tutors and their subject of choice that would be best. It could even be a manual option if that's all that can be done.

2. I need a way for tutors to put in their own schedules and available times whenever they wish and for their schedules to be automatically reflected in the booking section. So far, I have been trying to use Wix bookings for this feature, but I have not discovered a way to make this work.

3. In general, I also need the booking and scheduling process for both the tutors and students to be optimized and implemented. This includes setting up a system that would implement the two steps above. The general process can be implemented in anyway you believe would work. The only requirements are
A: The tutors should be able to update their schedules wherever they wish and for that to be automatically reflected in the system. B: The students can either only be matched with tutors that are two grade levels above them and in their subject of choice, or for there to be a filter button.

This must be done on Wix on my existing website, using the "core" premium plan. However, you are free to utilize Velo. You are also free to implement these changes in a way that you see fit as long as they comply with my objectives

Ideal skills include proficiency and experience in building websites using Wix.

Some things to look at:
1a. I have a newsletter form at the bottom of most pages above the footer, mainly in the style that I like. It's made in Contact Form 7 I think. I would like to move away from contact form 7.... I have Pro Elements installed that I am told is a good replacement, as I should also be able to make the same form into a pop up. (IMPORTANT! - this also needs to be connected again to FunnelKit Automations, that's automating the email sequence when people sign up).

1b. contact form 7 to then also be replaced on the About Us Page, and to double check if there are any other forms being used by Contact Form 7, and to replace with a similar style form as the newsletter.

2. find and set up a replacement for FreshChat.. it's not really working for us, but we need an easy way for people to contact us by message. ProElements may also have a whatsapp widget, but I'm not certain, so that is an option to check and think about.

These would be the first two tasks to prioritize. If all goes smooth and well with this, then I would have more things I'd like to implement and assess on the website.
