Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for AI to join our core team in building our agent-based business intelligence platform. You'll work directly with our Senior Software Engineer to develop both the foundational MVP and subsequent AI agent architecture. Primary Responsibilities
• Build and implement AI agent infrastructure using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop parent-child agent hierarchies for automated business analysis
• Create a responsive chat interface that handles multi-agent interactions
• Implement backend systems for agent orchestration and management
• Design and optimize agent workflows and automation patterns
• Set up monitoring systems for agent performance and behavior
• Integrate with vector databases and graph databases for agent knowledge management

Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance the reliability of our ChatGPT Assistant. Our ChatGPT assistant handles basic customer support requests. Customer tickets can fall into 1 of 13 categories. ChatGPT analyzes customer tickets and determines which one of the categories the ticket best fits. Then gpt outputs a JSON object with the category.

Objective:
ChatGPT is correctly categorizing ~75% of customer tickets. We want to increase accuracy to ~95% or greater.

This is our current setup:
1. User ticket received in Zendesk
2. Zendesk sends webhook to Zapier
3. Zapier sends Zendesk ticket details to ChatGPT assistant
4. ChatGPT processes response based on the prompt we setup
5. ChatGPT returns JSON object with details
6. Zapier takes next steps based on ChatGPT output

Please provide a high level overview of how you might improve accuracy. We are open to using other systems/services, however we are not looking for a custom-built application at this time.
