Hello
We're a luxury fashion brand operating in the B2B space, selling to retailers, boutiques, and wholesale partners rather than direct to consumers. Our email marketing isn't performing the way it should, and we're looking for an experienced consultant to audit what we have, tell us what's holding us back, and guide the changes that will make it work harder for us.
What we need
The first priority is a thorough audit of our current email marketing. We want an expert eye across the whole program, including deliverability and sender reputation, list health and hygiene, segmentation, our automated flows, campaign performance, and the overall strategy. We're looking for a clear read on what's working, what's underperforming, and where the biggest opportunities are, with a prioritized plan for what to change.
Specifically, we'd like you to review and improve areas like our deliverability and inbox placement, list segmentation and the way we group our B2B contacts, our open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates, our subject lines and preview text, email copy and calls to action, send frequency and timing, A/B testing approach, and the design and structure of our emails so they reflect the premium, luxury positioning of the brand. We also want a look at our core flows, such as onboarding and welcome sequences for new partners, re-engagement for inactive accounts, and post purchase or reorder nudges.
Because we're B2B and luxury, tone and presentation matter enormously. Our emails need to feel refined and appropriate for professional buyers and partners, not like mass-market promotional blasts.
Ideal candidate
Proven email marketing consulting experience with real, measurable results
Strong grasp of deliverability, segmentation, and lifecycle/flow strategy
Comfortable auditing an account and translating findings into a clear action plan
An eye for premium, brand-appropriate design and copy
Bonus: experience with B2B, wholesale, or luxury/fashion brands
We are an established roofing company looking for a results-driven Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Specialist to build, launch, and scale a high-converting paid social lead generation campaign.
While Google Ads captures active search intent, our goal on Meta is to capture high-intent demand for residential and commercial roofing services—including roof replacements, storm damage inspections, leak repairs, and financing options—by targeting homeowners directly in our local service areas.
We are looking for a media buyer who understands how to build engaging, trust-building ad funnels for local home services, rather than just boosting posts or running basic traffic campaigns.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Campaign Strategy & Funnel Architecture:
Design a targeted lead-generation funnel tailored to local homeowners (e.g., leveraging instant forms with custom qualification questions to filter out tire-kickers).
Structure campaigns effectively across the funnel (e.g., prospecting/cold audience acquisition, retargeting website visitors, and past-quote re-engagement).
Audience Targeting & Geofencing:
Implement precise hyper-local geographic targeting (exact zip/postal codes or precise radius mapping around our service locations).
Build smart custom audiences and lookalike audiences based on past customer lists, website visitors, and lead databases, combined with relevant demographic filters (e.g., homeowners).
Ad Creative & Copywriting Strategy:
Guide us on or produce high-performing ad creatives (e.g., before-and-after transformation reels, video testimonials from happy local customers, drone footage of completed roofs, and trust-signal graphics).
Write compelling, compliant ad copy emphasizing local licensing, warranties, free inspections, and financing offers.
Tracking & CRM Integration:
Ensure flawless setup of the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking to feed accurate data back to the ad account.
Connect ad forms or landing pages smoothly to our CRM/lead management system for instant lead routing.
Ongoing Optimization & Scaling (Post-Launch):
Continuous A/B testing of ad hooks, creatives, formats, and headline variations to combat ad fatigue and lower costs.
Weekly monitoring of frequency, CTR, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
Transparent monthly reporting focused heavily on Cost Per Lead (CPL), lead quality, and closed booked jobs rather than vanity metrics.
Required Qualifications
Proven, verifiable experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns specifically for roofing companies, general contractors, or home-improvement businesses (portfolio or case studies required).
Strong grasp of Meta's compliance guidelines for housing/home services and modern creative best practices (Reels, UGC style, dynamic creative).
Technical proficiency with Meta Pixel, Conversions API setup, and CRM integrations (Zapier, LeadConnector, HighLevel, etc.).
I’m looking to drive a clear uplift in product sales through a tightly-focused Facebook campaign aimed at a very specific demographic segment. I already have a basic ads account and pixel installed, but results are flat; what I need now is a specialist who can turn that data into a high-converting funnel.
Your assignment is to plan, build, and optimise the full sales journey in Ads Manager—from audience research and creative recommendations to real-time testing, bid adjustments, and conversion tracking. Retargeting logic, look-alike modelling, and persuasive copy that moves people from scroll to checkout will all be part of the mix.
To be considered, send me a detailed project proposal explaining how you will:
• Identify and validate the target demographic
• Structure campaigns and ad sets for maximum ROAS
• Craft, test, and iterate creative and copy
• Track, analyse, and report on conversions with clear KPIs
Please ground your approach in previous experience, cite any relevant case metrics, and spell out the exact tools or techniques you’ll deploy (e.g., Facebook Pixel, CAPI, A/B testing frameworks). I’ll review proposals on clarity, strategic depth, and evidence of past success in lifting sales through Facebook ads.

We are an established roofing company looking for an experienced, data-driven Google Ads (PPC) Specialist to build, launch, and manage a high-performing lead generation campaign from scratch. Our goal is to generate high-intent, exclusive phone calls and form submissions for residential and commercial roofing services (including roof leak repairs, storm damage inspections, and full roof replacements). We are not looking for a "set-it-and-forget-it" manager. We need someone who understands the nuances of home-services advertising, local geo-targeting, and conversion rate optimization.Scope of Work & DeliverablesAccount Audit & Setup / Rebuild:Structure campaigns cleanly based on buyer intent (e.g., separate campaigns for Emergency Repairs, Planned Replacements, and Specific Services to avoid keyword cannibalization and maximize Quality Scores). Set up hyper-local geographic targeting down to precise zip/postal codes or service radiuses to prevent wasted budget outside our service area.Keyword Strategy & Negative Keyword Shielding:Implement a strict Phrase and Exact Match strategy (no unmonitored broad match keywords that burn budget). Deploy a robust, pre-built negative keyword list covering DIY terms, material-only searches, roofing jobs/careers, and irrelevant competitor brand names. Ad Copy & Extensions:Write high-converting, localized ad copy highlighting key trust signals (e.g., licensed/insured, free inspections, warranties, fast response times). Configure all relevant ad extensions (Call extensions, Sitelinks, Callouts, and Location extensions).Conversion & Call Tracking Integration:Ensure flawless setup of conversion tracking (form submissions and direct phone calls) linked seamlessly with tools like CallRail, WhatConverts, or Google's native tracking. Ongoing Optimization & Scaling (Post-Launch):Weekly search term reviews, negative keyword expansions, bid adjustments, and A/B testing of ad variations. Proactive adjustments based on seasonality and weather events (e.g., rapid scaling during storm seasons). Transparent monthly reporting focused heavily on Cost Per Lead (CPL), total qualified pipeline generated, and return on ad spend (ROAS) rather than vanity metrics.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Please list any certifications related to this project
I want to turn the inactive names sitting in my database into active, buying customers again. The single metric that matters to me is more sales, so every decision in this project—copy, design, timing, automation rules—should support that goal.
The focus is a customer-re-engagement sequence aimed exclusively at inactive customers. I already have the contact list; what I need is an expert who can translate that raw data into a well-structured win-back flow that feels personal, re-establishes brand trust, and drives clicks straight to checkout.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A short audit of my existing list and any past campaigns to identify quick wins
• A segmentation plan that isolates the inactive segment and suppresses anyone likely to complain or unsubscribe
• A multi-email re-engagement sequence (subject lines, copy, basic design/layout) that escalates urgency without sounding spammy
• Complete setup inside my ESP of choice—Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar platform—using tags, triggers, and timing rules
• A/B tests for subject lines or offers, documented so I can understand exactly what’s being tested
• Clear performance tracking: open rate, click-through, and, most importantly, revenue attributed to the sequence
I’ll consider the job complete when the flow is live, the metrics dashboard is connected, and I have a brief walkthrough that lets me tweak or expand the sequence on my own.

I'm a London-based creative producer looking for a thumbnail specialist to join a small pool of freelancers I work with regularly, ongoing work, not a one-off gig.
Need someone who understands what actually drives click-through, not just a nice-looking image. This includes designing thumbnail variants for A/B testing, so you should be comfortable producing multiple options per video and thinking about what changes between them (expression, text, colour, composition) and why.
What I need:
- Strong grasp of what makes a thumbnail perform, not just aesthetically, but for click-through
- Comfortable producing 2-3 variants per video for A/B testing
- Fast turnaround, roughly 3-4 thumbnails a week on an ongoing basis
- Consistent with brand guidelines and visual style once briefed
- Confident working in Figma (so I can jump in and make quick edits myself when needed)
- Fluent English, clear communication is important given the ongoing back-and-forth on briefs
Nice to have:
- Experience designing specifically for YouTube's platform and audience behaviour
- Familiarity with podcast or long-form content thumbnails
Details:
- Ongoing weekly work, not project-based, looking for someone reliable to build a standing relationship with
- Rate: open, please share your usual rate for this kind of work
UK or Europe timezone preferred but open to the right person
To apply, send a few thumbnail examples, ideally with any performance data or reasoning behind your design choices, that tells me more than a portfolio alone.
Client's questions:
How do you approach designing a thumbnail, and what do you think makes one effective?
We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and improve email marketing for our Shopify ecommerce brand.
We need someone who understands Klaviyo, Shopify, ecommerce email marketing, email flows, email campaigns, customer segmentation, email automation, email design, copywriting, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, and conversion-focused email strategy.
This role is for someone who can help with the full email marketing system, not just basic email design or one-off campaigns.
You will help with:
Klaviyo flows and automations
This includes welcome flow, abandoned cart flow, abandoned checkout flow, browse abandonment flow, post-purchase flow, winback flow, replenishment flow, and other email flows that improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

Segmentation and targeting
You should understand customer segmentation, behavior-based segmentation, VIP customer segmentation, inactive customer segmentation, repeat customer segmentation, engaged subscriber segments, and how to send the right email campaign to the right audience.
Email design and copywriting
You should be able to write email copy, create clean email design, design mobile-friendly email templates, work with Figma email designs, build emails inside Klaviyo, and make sure every email is easy to read, easy to click, and aligned with the brand.
Optimization and performance
We need someone who can analyze open rate, click rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, engagement, deliverability, AOV, customer LTV, and overall email marketing performance.
You should also be comfortable with A/B testing, subject line testing, CTA testing, popup optimization, email list growth, deliverability improvement, CTR improvement, conversion rate improvement, and retention strategy.
The ideal person has experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integration, ecommerce brands, DTC brands, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, winback campaigns, email automation, segmentation, and growing revenue from existing customers.
Please apply with:
1. Examples of Klaviyo email campaigns you have created
2. Examples of Klaviyo flows you have built
3. Email design samples or Figma email designs
4. Any campaign results, flow results, revenue results, CTR results, or conversion results
5. Your experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
6. Your experience with segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and retention marketing
7. Your hourly rate or monthly retainer
We are looking for a long-term Klaviyo email marketing expert who can help us improve email campaigns, email flows, email design, segmentation, automation, customer retention, customer LTV, AOV, deliverability, CTR, and conversion.
If you have strong experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, ecommerce email marketing, email campaigns, flows, segmentation, email design, copywriting, automation, and retention marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Boosting sales through Facebook Ads is the sole purpose of this project. The product I need to push is “Facebook advertisement” itself, positioned within the fashion industry, so every campaign must look and feel on-brand for fashion-savvy audiences while still highlighting the value of professional ad services.
Scope of work
• Audit my current Business Manager and Pixel configuration to ensure accurate event tracking for purchase conversions.
• Build a full-funnel campaign structure—prospecting, retargeting, and retention—optimised for conversions and ROAS.
• Craft ad creatives (static, carousel, short-form video) that merge fashion-forward visuals with strong calls to action promoting the Facebook advertisement offer.
• Implement A/B tests on copy, creative, audience segments, and placements; scale winning sets efficiently.
• Provide weekly performance reports that translate data into actionable insights, along with clear next steps to keep sales climbing.
Acceptance criteria
1. Pixel fires correctly for view content, add-to-cart, and purchase events.
2. At least two creative variations and two audience splits tested per campaign.
3. Conversion-focused KPIs and ROAS benchmarks agreed at kickoff are met or exceeded for two consecutive weeks.
4. A concise, documented optimisation log is delivered each week.
Tools & platforms you’ll need to navigate naturally include Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel/Events Manager, and reporting in either Data Studio or Excel. If additional apps (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier) are required for tracking, mention them early so we can connect access.
I’m ready to grant account access immediately and can supply brand assets, mood boards, and any prior campaign data you may need.

Two long-form, conversion-optimised sales pages built on our existing Squarespace site, each selling one edition of a digital product, with Squarespace Commerce configured so a visitor can buy and receive the file automatically. Copy and structure are supplied by me. I need someone to build it properly, end to end, and hand it over working.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
I run Dadek Digital, a performance marketing consultancy in Melbourne. I am ex-Google (Dublin) and ex-Meta (Berlin), and I work with ecommerce and lead generation businesses on Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking and growth strategy.
I am launching a digital product: a premium playbook in two editions, one for ecommerce and one for lead generation. Each is a designed PDF that teaches the system I use with clients. It is being finished by a designer now.
I need two sales pages, one per edition, plus a working checkout. Traffic will come mostly from Meta ads, so the majority of visitors will arrive on a phone.
WHAT YOU ARE BUILDING
Two sales pages on dadekdigital.com, one per edition. They mirror each other in structure and design, and differ only in copy, proof and product imagery. Build the first one properly, get it approved, then mirror it.
Squarespace Commerce, configured end to end:
- Three products: edition A, edition B, and a both-editions bundle
- Digital download delivery, automatic on purchase, with no manual step from me
- Order confirmation and delivery emails styled to match the brand (in discussion with us)
- Discount code capability enabled
- Abandoned checkout recovery enabled if my plan supports it
- Full test transactions on desktop and mobile before handover, including the refund path
- Anything tax or currency related flagged to me for a decision rather than guessed at
Handover: a short written note covering how the products are configured, how I add or edit an edition later, and anything I need to know to maintain it. No video needed unless you prefer making one.
THE PAGE STRUCTURE
I want a proven long-form sales page architecture, executed calmly. This is the section order I am working to.
1. Hero. Outcome-led headline, one-line subhead naming exactly who it is for, single primary call to action.
2. Trust strip. One quiet line: ex-Google, ex-Meta, accounts reviewed, countries worked in. No badge grid, no logo wall.
3. The problem. Two or three short blocks, stated plainly. No agitation theatre, no "are you struggling with" framing.
4. What this actually is. The product, what is physically inside, page count, how it is structured.
5. What is inside. Chapter and section breakdown with sample spreads from the PDF.
6. What you will be able to do after reading it. Outcomes, not features.
7. The full offer. The playbook, plus a template pack, plus a bonus accelerator. One plain line each on what it does for the buyer.
8. Proof. Three anonymised client cases in a fixed six-field format. Supplied by me.
9. Who this is for, and who it is not for. Both columns. The disqualifying column matters as much as the qualifying one.
10. About me. Operator credibility, short.
11. The guarantee. 30-day full refund, stated once, calmly.
12. Price and checkout. Both editions and the bundle, with the bundle presented as the obvious choice without pressure language.
13. FAQ. Objection handling, accordion.
14. Final call to action.
Call to action discipline: the same primary wording repeated at four or five points down the page. Never two competing calls to action in one viewport. A discreet sticky bar on mobile is welcome. A loud one is not.
If you think a section should move, be cut or be added, tell me in your application. That is one of the things I am screening for.
BRAND AND DESIGN DIRECTION
This is the part I care most about, and it is where most applicants will get it wrong.
The pages must feel premium, warm, calm and operator-led. Like an experienced practitioner explaining something clearly, not like a funnel trying to close someone. The buyer is a business owner or marketer already spending real money on ads. They are not impressed by pressure, and pressure will cost me the sale.
Match the existing Services page and the two consultancy pages on dadekdigital.com. Same type system, same palette, same spacing logic, same restraint. Generous whitespace. Short paragraphs. Clear hierarchy. Long-form, but never dense.
Explicitly not wanted:
- Countdown timers, fake scarcity, urgency banners
- Popups, exit-intent overlays, spin-to-win
- Neon or high-saturation accent colours, gradient buttons, heavy drop shadows
- Stock photography of people in headsets, and AI-generated imagery of any kind
- Emoji in headings, all-caps shouting, multiple exclamation marks
- Auto-rotating testimonial carousels
There is one genuine scarcity element: a bonus limited to the first 100 buyers. It is real. State it in a plain sentence. Never a flashing badge or a fake counter.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Mobile-first. Most traffic arrives from Meta on a phone. The mobile experience is the primary design, not an adaptation of the desktop one.
Page speed. Compress and correctly size every image. These pages should not be slower than the rest of the site.
Accessibility basics. Sensible heading hierarchy, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable checkout, alt text on meaningful images.
Do not touch tracking. I have a custom Google Tag Manager and cookie consent implementation, built by a specialist, that correctly respects consent. Do not add, edit or remove any tracking script, GTM container, pixel or consent code. If you spot anything on these pages that could break consent behaviour, flag it to me and stop.
Do help my tracking specialist. Add stable, sensible IDs or data attributes to every call to action, every checkout button and each key section anchor, and list them in the handover note. That way conversion events can be bound later without anyone re-editing your build.
WHAT I SUPPLY
You are not writing this from scratch. Before you start, I give you:
- All final copy for both pages, section by section
- The three client case studies in their final format
- The product PDFs, cover images and sample spreads
- Brand assets, fonts, palette, and access to the site
- Final price points and the bundle logic
If a section needs new wording during the build, I write it. I do not want copy development landing on you unless we agree it separately and I pay for it.
WHAT IS OUT OF SCOPE
Stated plainly so we both know where the edges are:
- Copywriting and messaging strategy
- Tracking, analytics, GTM, pixel or consent work
- Ad creative, ad account work, campaign setup
- Email marketing flows or automation beyond the native Squarespace order emails
- Ongoing conversion optimisation, A/B testing, or post-launch iteration
- SEO work beyond sensible on-page basics: title, meta description, headings, alt text
If you want to quote for any of the above as a separate follow-on engagement, I am open to it. I just want it priced separately rather than absorbed into this one.
REVISIONS AND SCOPE
Up to five rounds of revisions are included. One round is one consolidated written list from me. I will not drip-feed one-line changes and count them as separate rounds.
MILESTONES AND TIMELINE
Target: two to three weeks from kickoff. I am not in a rush and I would rather it be right, but I do want it to move.
1. Structure and wireframe for page one, approved by me
2. Page one built and approved
3. Page two built, mirroring page one
4. Commerce configured, fully tested, launched, handover note delivered
Propose your own milestone split if you prefer a different breakdown. Propose your own price. I have not set a budget figure because I would rather see how you scope it.
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
- You have built long-form sales pages on Squarespace that people actually bought from, and you can link them
- You have configured Squarespace Commerce with digital products and automatic delivery, and you know where it is awkward
- You have conversion judgment, not just build skill. You will tell me when my structure is wrong
- You understand that restraint converts for a premium product, and you can point at work that proves it
- You write clearly and you flag problems early, rather than at handover
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- Anyone who needs the copy written for them
- Anyone whose portfolio is all bright, high-pressure funnel pages
- Anyone who wants to move this off Squarespace onto another platform
- Agencies sending a templated proposal and a slide deck
HOW TO APPLY
Please include:
1. Two or three Squarespace sales or product pages you have built, with live URLs. Say which of them had commerce and digital delivery.
2. Your fixed price for the full scope above, and a realistic timeline.
3. One paragraph: the single biggest change you would make to the 14-section page structure above, and why.
I read the first two lines of every proposal. If those two lines could have been sent to any job on this platform, I will not read the third.
Client's questions:
Link one Squarespace page you built where a visitor could complete a purchase on the site. Tell me its conversion rate. If you do not have that number, say so plainly and tell me what you would have measured instead.
Look at the 14-section page structure in this brief. Name one section you would move, cut or add, and explain why in one paragraph. Do not just say it looks good.

I'm a London-based creative producer building a small pool of freelance editors to call on for social content and paid ad edits, fast turnaround, high volume work.
Looking for editors who can turn raw footage into punchy, retention-focused short-form content, think top/middle/bottom-funnel ad variations, hook-driven cuts, and social clips designed to stop the scroll, not just trims and transitions.
**What I need:**
- Confident in Premiere Pro and After Effects (not CapCut-level, proper edit and motion graphics skills)
- Understands pacing and hooks for paid social and organic content, the first 3 seconds matter
- Can add clean motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, stat callouts, simple animated data where needed
- Comfortable taking raw footage through to a finished, on-brand deliverable with minimal direction after the first brief
**Nice to have:**
- Experience cutting content for meta ads specifically (hook variations, A/B testing structures)
- Experience with podcast or long-form to short-form repurposing
**Details:**
- UK or Europe timezone strongly preferred, open to the right person outside that if the work justifies it
- Starting project-based, with potential for consistent weekly work for the right fit, looking to build a small trusted pool for regular call-ons rather than one-off gigs
- Rate: open, please share your usual rate for this kind of work
To apply, send a couple of examples of social/ad edits you're proud of, ideally something with pace and hooks rather than just a general reel.
I need an experienced Meta Ads specialist to turn my Facebook and Instagram presence into a steady source of qualified leads for our online rent-agreement service. The offer is simple: tenants and property owners can draft and register legally compliant rental contracts in minutes without visiting a government office. Your job is to put this promise in front of the right users and capture their contact details so my sales team can close them.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Research-backed audience targeting that zeroes in on both tenants and landlords actively searching for rental paperwork solutions.
• Compelling ad copy and scroll-stopping creatives tailored to each segment.
• Full campaign build-out in Ads Manager—including pixel/events setup, optimized lead forms, and conversion tracking.
• Ongoing optimisation (budget allocation, A/B testing, bid adjustments) to keep cost-per-lead low while volume grows.
• Weekly performance reports with clear next-step recommendations.
Acceptance criteria: campaigns must be live within five days after assets are approved, and the first 20 qualified leads should come in at or below the target CPL we set during kickoff.
If you’ve run successful lead-gen funnels in real estate, legal, or similar service niches and can point to concrete results, I’d love to see them.

I need an all-in-one partner who can keep my Facebook and Instagram profiles active, engaging and growing while also running Meta ads that convert.
On the organic side, you will plan, create and schedule a steady mix of graphics, short videos and written updates that fit our brand voice.
On the paid side, you will take full control of Ads Manager inside Meta Business Suite—building audiences, setting budgets, writing ad copy, designing visuals and optimising campaigns as the data rolls in. A/B testing, pixel tracking and clear performance summaries are all part of the brief.
Deliverables
• Consistent Facebook & Instagram posting with original graphics, videos and captions
• Daily comment/DM moderation and community interaction
• End-to-end setup and optimisation of Meta ad campaigns
• Concise weekly report on reach, engagement and ad results

Most of my marketing energy needs to move into short-form social videos that actually convert, so I want to hand the whole pipeline—ideation through performance tracking—to a specialist who lives and breathes this medium.
The core focus is video content and every clip must serve one purpose: driving sales. That means you will be expected to craft snappy concepts, write concise hooks, film or source engaging footage, edit for mobile-first viewing, and insert clear calls to action that push viewers straight to checkout or a lead form. I’ll supply product information and brand guidelines; you bring the creative direction, the editing chops (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or your preferred tool), and the data-driven mindset to keep improving results.
You’ll also handle posting and optimisation—thumbnails, captions, hashtags, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance analysis—so I can see exactly how each video contributes to revenue.
Deliverables
• Weekly content calendar with proposed hooks and CTAs
• A steady stream of polished, platform-ready videos (format and length matched to each channel)
• Monthly analytics report highlighting views, engagement, click-throughs, and most importantly conversions, along with next-step recommendations
A good first milestone will be a five-video test batch; if the uplift is clear, we roll into an ongoing retainer.

I want to build a reliable online-income stream through affiliate marketing on YouTube. I already know this is the model I’d like to pursue—no interest right now in e-commerce stores or info-product funnels—so I’m looking for a specialist who can guide me from zero to launch and early revenue.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Channel foundation: a blueprint for branding, niche positioning, and the exact setup steps in YouTube Studio.
• Offer & program selection: a shortlist of profitable affiliate programs that fit the channel concept, with commission structures and signup links.
• Content roadmap: keyword research, video topics, and a 90-day publishing calendar, including suggested titles, hooks, and calls-to-action that naturally weave in affiliate links.
• Optimization playbook: proven techniques for thumbnails, metadata, watch-time retention, and A/B testing using tools like TubeBuddy or vidIQ.
• Monetization milestones: realistic revenue targets, tracking templates (Google Sheets is fine), and guidance on scaling with paid ads or collaborations once the channel gains traction.
I’ll measure success by the clarity of the plan, the practicality of each step, and how directly it aligns with affiliate revenue. If you have case studies or screenshots of past YouTube affiliate wins, feel free to mention them when you apply.

I want to turn Facebook and Instagram into reliable sales engines for our electric 2-wheelers in a very specific geographic radius. The plan is straightforward: use the platforms’ location-targeting tools to put high-intent, conversion-optimized ads in front of riders who live, work, or commute within the cities and pin codes I’ll supply.
Goal
My only success metric is sales. Every ad, audience, and placement has to move prospects to our test-ride booking page or straight to checkout.
Core Creative Direction
Product demos and feature-driven content convert best for us, so expect to build carousels, short video reels, and GIFs that spotlight torque, range, charging time, and running-cost savings. I can provide raw footage, product specs, and past creative—your job is to shape them into scroll-stopping assets that match Meta’s best-practice specs.
Scope of Work
• Structure campaigns in Ads Manager for both Facebook and Instagram, separated by city or pin code
• Set up or refine Pixel, custom conversions, and retargeting loops
• Write persuasive copy and headlines, then pair them with the creative you edit or design
• A/B test audiences, placements, and creatives, pausing under-performers quickly
• Report weekly on spend, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, with clear next-step recommendations
Acceptance Criteria
1. Ads are live in the agreed-upon locations within the first week
2. Pixel fires correctly for view-content, add-to-cart, and purchase events
3. Minimum 2 % CTR and a steady improvement in CPA over the first 30 days
4. Concise performance report delivered every seven days
If you’ve scaled location-based campaigns for EVs, bikes, or any high-involvement tech product, include a short note on the results you achieved and the tools you leaned on (Ads Manager, Lookalike Audiences, Reels editor, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Ready to kick this off as soon as I see evidence you can deliver those numbers.

If you're passionate about editing videos that capture attention, tell compelling stories, and deliver measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.
We run 3 Australian e-commerce brands in the home, wellness, and bedding space. Combined we do 7-figures annually across Shopify stores with traffic from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic. We're looking for a data-driven CRO specialist to increase conversion rates across all 3 stores through systematic testing and optimisation.
The Role
You'll own the entire CRO function — from identifying opportunities using real data, to building hypotheses, running tests, and reporting results. This isn't a "change the button colour" role. We want someone who digs into session recordings, scroll maps, attention maps, and funnel data to find the real friction points, then designs and executes tests that move the needle.
What You'll Do
- Analyse user behaviour across 3 Shopify stores using Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, scroll maps, attention maps, session recordings) and Google Analytics
- Identify conversion bottlenecks at every stage: landing page to product page to add to cart to checkout to purchase
- Build a prioritised testing roadmap based on data, not guesswork
- Design and run A/B tests (we want to know your preferred tool and methodology)
- Analyse test results with proper statistical rigour — know when to call a winner vs when to keep running
- Provide clear reporting on what was tested, what won, what we learned, and what's next
- Work across product pages, landing pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout flows
- Collaborate with our Google Ads and Meta Ads teams to ensure landing page experience matches ad intent
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in CRO for e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar behaviour analytics tools
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology — sample sizes, statistical significance, test duration, segmentation
- Experience with at least one A/B testing platform (Google Optimize successor, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, or similar)
- Ability to translate qualitative data (session recordings, heatmaps) into quantitative test hypotheses
- Understanding of Shopify's checkout flow and where conversion leaks typically occur
- Strong analytical thinking — you make decisions based on data, not opinions or "best practices"
- Clear communication — can explain what you found, what you're testing, and why in plain English
Bonus
- Experience with GemPages or custom Shopify landing page builders
- Familiarity with Google Ads landing page quality scores and how CRO impacts ad performance
- Experience optimising for mobile-first audiences (70%+ of our traffic is mobile)
- Understanding of post-purchase optimisation (upsells, cross-sells, AOV improvement)
How to Apply
Applications without answers to ALL 5 questions below will not be considered. Copy and paste these questions into your application and answer each one:
Also include:
- Your availability and rate (hourly or monthly retainer)
- 1-2 examples of tests you've run with measurable results (include the numbers)
Client's questions:
What data sources do you use before writing a test hypothesis? Do you use heatmaps, scroll maps, attention maps, session recordings? Walk me through your process with a real example.
We use Microsoft Clarity. How do you use session recordings and heatmaps to decide what to test first? What patterns tell you something is broken?
How do you run A/B tests on Shopify? What tool, how do you set sample size and duration, and how do you decide when a test has reached significance?
Product page has 2.1% CVR and 45% add-to-cart-to-purchase drop-off. What data do you pull first, what tools do you open, and what are your first 3 test ideas?
How do you build a testing roadmap that compounds results over time vs just running random one-off tests? What makes a great CRO specialist?
About us
We're a performance marketing agency running paid traffic to CPA and lead-gen offers. We build our own landers, manage our own trackers, and handle our own campaign routing and traffic-quality infrastructure. We need one more expert developer on the team.
What you'll do:
•Build fast, mobile-first landing pages and pre-landers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
•Set up and maintain Voluum and RedTrack, including campaigns, offer sources, custom domains, and postbacks
•Integrate Adspect or similar traffic-quality and fraud-prevention tools
•Handle click IDs, URL tokens, S2S postbacks, and dynamic lander content
•Manage domains, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, and VPS deployments
•Debug tracking issues end-to-end: traffic source → tracker → lander → offer → postback
You must have:
•Hands-on experience with at least one of Voluum or RedTrack; experience with both is better
•Experience with Adspect, FraudFilter, JustCloakIt, or a similar traffic-quality tool
•Strong PHP and JavaScript skills for landing pages
•Comfortable with Cloudflare, DNS, and VPS server basics
•Fast turnaround—you can spin up a lander and tracker campaign in hours, not days
Nice to have:
•Media-buying experience with Facebook, Google, native, or push traffic
•Server-side event tracking, including CAPI or Meta Conversions API
•Experience with A/B testing frameworks on landers
Rate:
Open—send your rate. Long-term role for the right person.
How to apply
Reply with:
1. A short paragraph on the last affiliate campaign or lander you shipped, including the tracker, offer vertical, and problem you solved
2. Links to any landers you've built; redact niches if needed
3. Your answers to the three filter questions below
Filter questions:
Answer inline with no attachments.
1. When a click hits Voluum, what is the exact difference between the Click URL and the Click Redirect URL, and when do you use each?
2. In RedTrack, what does the clickid token do, and where does it need to be echoed for an S2S postback to fire correctly?
3. In Adspect, describe in your own words what the “safe page” is and how the traffic-quality system decides who sees it versus the campaign page.
Important
Please answer in your own words. We're looking for real experience, not textbook or AI-generated answers. Short, direct answers with specifics beat long, polished ones. If you don't know something, say so—we respect that.
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage retargeting and A/B testing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Meta Ads, with a focus on optimizing ad performance and improving conversion rates. Responsibilities include setting up and managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to enhance ad effectiveness. If you have a proven track record in Meta Ads and are passionate about digital marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Please list any certifications related to this project
We're an ecommerce/DTC brand getting solid traffic, but too few visitors convert. We want a conversion rate optimization specialist to find where we're losing customers in the funnel and fix it - backed by testing, not guesswork.
We'd start with an audit of the store and checkout, then a prioritized plan of experiments. Most of our traffic and most of our drop-off happen on mobile, so the mobile experience matters a lot.
What we're after
A CRO audit of the full funnel: product pages, cart, and checkout
A prioritized backlog of tests, ranked by likely impact
A/B testing to prove the wins - we want numbers, not opinions
Landing-page and product-page improvements that lift conversion (social proof, clearer value, offers)
UX and page-speed fixes that remove friction, especially on mobile
Most of our stack is Shopify, so Shopify experience is a strong plus. Share a store where your work moved the conversion rate, with the before/after number and what you changed. If conversion isn't our real bottleneck, we'd rather you tell us.
