Cases using CPAP will be cases using it in effective duration and dose, how many hours and how long they use it daily will be specified. 10.the number of scanned studies will be specified 11. the number of scanned and excluded studies and the reasons for exclusion will be written 12. the number of articles scanned and included in the study, author name, year of study, country, year of publication will be written 13. demographic and karesteristic data of the cases, definition of sleep apnea, CPAP/BPAP use and cardiac complications will be defined 14.key words cardiac complications CPAP sleep apnea will 15.heart failure as a cardiac complication, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, instant cardiac measurement will be taken 16.newcastle -ottavo scale will be used to determine the quality of each study 17. it will be stated that there is no publication bias 18 will be a minimum of 3000 and a maximum of 5000 words 19.heterogeneity test will be performed 20.statistical analysis method subgroup sensitivity analysis will be written 21. at least 3 tables and 3 figures 22. characteristics of the studies included in table 1 will be included In this table, the author of the study, the year of the study, the name of the journal, the age, gender, ability, BMI, whether there is diabetes, the number of cases using CPAP/BPAP and not using CPAP, the number of cardiac complications will be specified separately. 23. there will be a mold assessment in table 2 data analysis will be done in table 3 24. table 4 will have meta-analysis results 25. at least 3 figures describing the tables will be made 26. plagiarism and grammar check reports will be attached 27. references will be written 29. all studies will be conducted between 2020-2025 30.In patients with OSA, the way the diagnosis is made (with polysonmnography and sleep test...) and severity (heavy, light, medium, AHI index) will be specified. 31.arrhythmia type will be specified (atrial fibrillation ventricular fibrillation tachycardia.....) 32. whether there are hypertension patients resistant to medical treatment in hypertension patients, whether there is recurrent AF in patients diagnosed with rhythm disorder 34 in the article, the results of the ISACC study, SAVE and RICCADSA review will be mentioned and the results of the study will be interpreted. 35. 25 days to deliver.
