We’re building an end-to-end system for MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) lead generation, enrichment, and engagement. This includes scraping public UCC filing data, enriching with Apollo.io, and integrating communication tools (email/SMS) into a centralized CRM dashboard.

What we need built:
1. Scrape UCC Filings from the following state portals:

2. Import Leads into CRM Database

For MVP: Airtable or similar

Eventually: Supabase or PostgreSQL

Leads should be stored and tagged properly for filtering/search

3. Enrichment via Apollo.io API

Automatically enrich each lead using Apollo:

Business owner name

Phone number (mobile & office)

Email address

Estimated revenue

4. Tagging System

Each lead should be auto-tagged with:

State

Date filed

Date imported

Creditor name

Default status (from court lookup)

5. Search NYSCEF (court system)

Check for defaults using NY’s case search portal:

If matches are found, tag the lead accordingly.

6. Email + SMS Integration

Build basic email + SMS functions directly into the CRM:

Use Twilio (SMS) and SendGrid (email)

Optionally pull message history into the interface
