Our clients often insist on a virtual meeting as a security measure, which we completely understand. However, this communication gap results in us losing many opportunities.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Contact clients via online meeting platforms (Skype, Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet) for requested calls.
2. Gather and analyze client needs during the meeting, recording it if necessary.
3. Write a detailed summary of the client’s needs and share it with the developers.
4. Negotiate rates on behalf of the company with clients, ensuring compliance with the pricing policy.
5. Ensure all client requirements are met once the project is completed.
6. Communicate with developers as needed and with the written communication manager.


Required skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Professional experience in handling virtual meetings (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High focus on client satisfaction and service orientation.

Additional information:

Compensation: Negotiable. Please provide your hourly rate or rate per handled call.
