We are seeking a long-term experienced background artist to support our team's development of an upcoming one-shot story planned for release next year. The work on the story will encompass full-color background art for the Front Cover, Back Cover, and 14 pages for a total of 16 pages for the project. The background artist will be responsible for submitting proposals, making revisions, creating drafts, and completing fully-colored backgrounds for artwork of at least 1,600x2,560 pixels (per Amazon Kindle recommendation) in .jpg and .png file formats.

In addition, you will also be collaborating with fellow artists among the team to piece together and finalize submissions for the project. Fluent English and strong communication skills are a must!

Our team all work in different time zones, so there is no expectation that you must work specific hours, however we do ask that you check and reply to messages within a day. Communicate any emergencies you may have to the team as soon as possible so that we can account for any delays in deliverables. Generally, we do not enforce strict deadlines for any particular work, but we will ask for periodic updates from time-to-time to ensure reasonable progress has been made.

3. Edited XML file is output.

Ideally the proof of concept can be run through a web app. But if that is not reasonable, it can be run locally instead.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain full-stack web applications
Work with product and design teams to deliver features end-to-end

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

Optimize performance and ensure security best practices

Contribute to architecture and code reviews

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue.js)
Backend experience with Node.js, Python/Django, or similar
Comfortable using Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms
Strong English communication and remote work skills

Job Description:

We are developing A. Racquet & Fitness Club, a premium multi-sport and wellness facility located in Krungthep Kreetha, Bangkok, Thailand. We’re looking for a talented freelance architectural designer based in Thailand to create a clean, investor-ready 2D blueprint and site plan, based on contractor drawings and a detailed facility layout.

Project Scope:
Convert contractor-provided structural PDFs (elevations and layout) into a professional 2D architectural site plan

Design a scaled layout (48m x 264m) that includes:

4 hangar-covered tennis courts

8 hangar-covered pickleball courts

2 indoor padel courts

1 hangar-covered artificial clay court

1 hangar-covered artificial grass court

Clubhouse building: gym (300 m²), Pilates/dance studio, recovery zone, locker rooms, sauna, childcare, lounge/bar, meeting rooms

Accurately reflect all hangar-style covered structures, showing:

Steel column grid and spacing

Roof span and height (based on side/front elevations)

Open-air design with weather protection

Add labels, scale, circulation flow, and export-ready visuals

Deliverables in AutoCAD (.dwg) + PDF or image format

Optional: prepare layered file for future 3D model development (SketchUp preferred)

Ideal Candidate:
Based in Thailand (preferably Bangkok area)

Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent

Can interpret Thai construction plans and translate them into clean design visuals

Has experience in sports, wellness, hospitality, or commercial mixed-use layouts

Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable with multi-zone layouts

Budget:
THB 20,000 – 25,000 (fixed project rate)
50% payment on approval / 50% on final delivery
